We would like students to help us with creating a digital marketing strategy and content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector.

We've created a job marketplace for companies that have difficulty hiring locally to connect with individuals who want to move to another country, expats who want to move home or high skilled people who have been displaced.

Our aim is to elevate high-skilled migration in order to resolve global labor shortages, reduce brain drain, improve refugee reintegration and promote peace and innovation through diversity.

The team will be tasked with creating a strategy to reach professionals like themselves that want to move to another country and work in the new country. The goal increase registration of qualified candidates on the platform through the strategy and content created by the team.

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:

• Create a digital marketing strategy to engage professionals wanting or needing to move to another country
• Write blog articles, email newsletters/sequences and other content pieces on assigned topics
• Assist with a social media video launch to promote our organization
• Evaluate recent successful user-generated campaigns, preferably in our sector
• Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our story

We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what key elements of our values and mission are for our organization.

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
