Students pursuing their Associate's Degree in Computer Information Systems at Fletcher Technical Community College have the background to help you and your clients. Students are competent in several areas of interest, including Help Desk Process Improvement, Custom Software Development, AWS Cloud Migration Strategy, Cybersecurity Risk Assessment, Incident Response Plan Development, and IT Project Management. Students can work for 100 hours in a project-based internship, starting in March, to help solve and derive insights about a challenge faced by a prospective company partner.

IT Internship Project Experience

These learners have a foundational understanding of IT concepts, including networking, database management, and basic programming. Throughout this course, learners will enhance their project management abilities, preparing them for the CompTIA Project exam while gaining practical experience through real-world projects.
